Saturday: BYT Relaunch Party

This Saturday night, BrightestYoungThings.com is throwing a giant relaunch party to celebrate its soon-to-be repolished site. DC's nightlife website wants to make sure that there are lots of New Gays in attendance. "We need more gays in the make-out teepee," says John, BYT's alt-gay correspondent.

The event does feature a make-out tepee, a free shot confessional booth, artwork (its being held in part to preview Artomatic), live bands and numerous DJs. The cover is a suggested donation of $10, plus a cheapish cash bar. Its being held in a massive empty office building one block from the NY Avenue Metro.

Brightest Young Things chronicles DC's alt-nighltife scene including concerts, fashion events, artists and even TNG parties.

The run-down:

6-8pm: A respectable photography show featuring a DJ set by Geologist (of Animal Collective)
7-8pm: Bands
8pm-onwards: Sweaty hipsters dancing to djs.
